2. What if my medicine is not in the drug index?

We sell most popular drugs that are suitable for mail order delivery. These tend to be maintenance drugs and not short term(weeklong) medications. Due to additional regulations we do not sell controlled substances such as  percocet.

If the drug you are looking for is not in one of these categories, please call us to check price and availability.

3. Is there a limit to how much I can buy?

Most orders will be filled for a 3 month supply. You may order up to a 1 year supply as long as your physician agrees. Keep in mind that no refunds are allowed once the medication has been mailed out. When ordering, bear in mind that your doctor may change your medication if you are experiencing side-effects, the medication is not getting the desired outcome, or you no longer want or need to take it. Our price per tablet is the same if you buy 100 or 200.

4. Is a prescription required?

Yes. A prescription is required like any other pharmacy.

5. How do I get my prescription to you?

When you order online, we provide you full information on how to get your prescription to us. You have three options :

  • Mail - You can mail the prescription to us. The address is 1463 E. Republican St.; SEATTLE, WA; 98112
  • Fax - You may fax the prescription to us at 206-325-1650 or toll-free at 877-325-1650. We do prefer you to fax your prescription to us, although we will still have to call your physician to double check. You may also use the same prescription at a local pharmacy if you need a supply of medications right away.
  • E-mail or Call us and tell us who your physician is as well as their phone number. We will then contact them to obtain a prescription

6. How come your prices are so low?

  1. Our over-head is much lower than a traditional pharmacy and we can pass the savings to you.
  2. We sell medications in the original package. This eliminates time in counting the medication, relabeling a bottle and eliminates waste if the medication expires

7. What insurance do you accept?

We do not accept any PRIVATE insurance. We do accept discount cards for people on limited income. We will provide you a receipt in which you may claim reimbursement from your insurance company.

8. How do I pay for my order?

You can pay by credit card or with a cheque/money order. If you pay by personal cheque your order will be placed on a hold for up to 7 days until the cheque clears.

9. When will my medication arrive?

Delivery time is determined by the shipping method you select

10. Are you a legitimate licensed pharmacy?

11. Who are your pharmacists?

Each member of our pharmacy team is a licensed and registered pharmacist. They work to ensure the safety of your prescriptions and to answer all of your questions about medications.

When you or your doctor sends a prescription to Prescription911, a pharmacist studies the prescription carefully against the background information you provided in your health profile. The pharmacist will contact your doctor if the prescription seems at all problematic.

12. Can I pick my order up in person?

We keep our costs low by operating as a mail order pharmacy. As such we are not set up to handle walk in customers.
